Use iOS Screen Time, open yesterday's view, then share the screenshot to ScrollChamps. The in-app picker remains available when needed.

Join a group
Open an invite link on your iPhone or enter an invite code in the app. Standard invites create a join request for a group admin; some single-use admin invites add you immediately.
Change visibility
Use Settings to choose whether exact Screen Time values are visible. Rankings remain visible to group members.
